At NatureFam, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have any questions about our returns or refunds, our support team is always happy to help.
Return Eligibility
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, seals, and labels must be intact
- A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required
- The return request must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the order
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or partially consumed food items
- Products returned due to change of mind
- Incorrect product or quantity ordered by the customer
- Preference-related issues such as taste or texture
Returns will only be accepted if the product is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective
- Incorrect item delivered
- Missing items from the order
Return Process
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error
- Returned items must be sent as per the instructions provided by the NatureFam support team
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within a reasonable time
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- Any delay caused by banks or third-party payment gateways is beyond NatureFam’s control
- Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
